Congress Obama Could Spar Over 350b Request

The $ 350 billion will be available for the Treasury Department, within 15 days unless Congress approves a law to prevent. The request includes what Obama could be the first confrontation with the Congress, which is controlled by his fellow Democrats. President-elect Barack Obama on Monday urged Congress to allow its entry administration to use another $ 350 billion financial rescue fund, saying the next round of spending to do more to help Main Street to Wall Street. At the request of Obama, President Bush formally asked Congress Monday for the second half of the $ 700 billion rescue.
